About Watch Worker

Nicola has been repairing and servicing watches for 26 years

She is a graduate of the British Horological Institute having trained for 3 years. She is also accredited through the  Watches of Switzerland Training and Education Programme(WOSTEP). She has been running Watch Worker for over 10 years .

Nicola has always been interested in how  clocks tick, their Mechanisms, how things all works together . She takes great pleasure in  reassembling a watch that hasn’t been working and watch it tick back to life.

She started her career as a photographer, and an assistant film editor with the BBC, working on well known programmes in the 80s including Howard’s Way. n the 90’s she decided to re train as a horologist,  and has been working with all brands and types of watches since.

She enjoys collecting vintage English Smiths Watches
